Meyers is on her way to Atlantic Shores

5'8 phenom Joscelyne Meyers will be transferring from First Colonial High School to Atlantic Shores for the upcoming year.

Meyers is on her way to Atlantic Shores

Meyers has a resume like no other, 5x AAU State Champion, 2016 National USJN AAU Champion, that is just a few of her accomplishments.

Meyers and her mother are both excited for her move as they both expect big things.

Meyers would explain why such a move came about.

"I feel that it will be a better fit for me both academically and athletically, the coaching staff at Atlantic Shores can take my game to another level."

Meyers mother Ms. Jackson also expressed how she felt about her daughter’s transfer.

" I believe that this is best for my daughter, I feel that Atlantic Shores can take her academics to a higher level, especially since they offer dual enrollment. I know that she will face better competition that will help her game on the court. Atlantic Shores is a Christian School so I am happy about that as well."

This might be one of the biggest transfers of the summer in the Hampton Roads area, this is surely a major upgrade for Atlantic Shores, and it sounds like a perfect fit for Meyers.

She has done it all in the AAU, but now she is ready to bring it to the high school stage.
